Who We Are
Collaborate Community Initiative(CCI) is a non-profit community based organization that is committed to building inclusive sustainable community development projects that will see household and be able to have access to human basic needs.
The Need
Collaborate Community Initiative was founded to meet an overwhelming need of increased house hold income and independence. We are committed to create an inclusive sustainable economic change in Ugandan communities.

Our Approach
We use a house hold based whereby we work directly with the beneficiaries of the projects.
Our project cycles take a maximum of three years to ensure sustainability.
During those years, our goal is to ensure that 70% of the households in the community have a sustainable Income Generating Activity. Every project we do involves volunteers who are locals in the community and can be our ears and eyes on the ground throughout the cycle of the project. This has helped greatly with ensuring effectiveness and sustainability of the projects.
During our stay in the community, we invest our time and resources in equipping the local community leadership, religious leaders and community members through group and individual trainings designed to help them run successful and sustainable community development projects. Our desire is that projects we start during our project cycles can be found decades later still improving lives and still transforming communities.
